The 2020 White Label Pinot Noir Rose pairs delightfully with Asian foods or an antipasto platter. Or lovely on its own! The fruit was immediately pressed off skins, and then aged in barrel for 3 months. Beautifully pale salmon in colour, the palate is awash with fresh strawberry and raspberry, hints of spice and a crisp red apple crunch. Its texture is savoury, and the finish is clean and dry.
