From one of the Yarra Valley’s highest vineyards, a 100% estate grown, single vineyard Shiraz_x000D_

An elegant wine with some northern Rhone notes but not as powerful and bold as the two previous vintages. This has come about due to the inclusion of partial whole bunch ferment, and lower alcohol. On the palate, charry notes and roasted red capsicum characters abound, complemented by hints of olive tapenade, middle eastern spice and black pepper. Good linear texture and medium weight, well integrated silky tannins._x000D_
