Riesling

A 100% estate, dry-grown Riesling, pale straw in colour. The wine opens with aromas of lemon, lime and orange and a hint of spice. This follows through to a palate awash with more intense citrus characters complemented by a chalky minerality, mouth-watering acidity and great purity of fruit. The finish is clean and fresh, yet fleshy and persistent.
