A 100% estate, dry-grown Riesling. Pale straw in colour. The wine opens with aromas of Meyer lemon, lime and rose petal. This follows through to a palate that is delicate and fragrant with juicy citrus and chalky minerality. The acidity is soft and also imparts great length and refinement.
