Grown in the northern Adelaide Hills, a similar climate and terroir to where this variety originates from in Italy. This Pecorino shows lifted white stone fruit characters of peach and nectarine, along with green mango and black pepper aromas. The palate is persistent, with fresh citrus notes of pink grapefruit, Lisbon lemon, crunchy green apple and a generous minerality._x000D_
