A Bordeaux blend Cabernet Sauvignon. A wine of great complexity and length. Hand plunged, basket pressed. Palate abounds with blackcurrants and earthiness, and subtle charry oak. The firm drying tannins are now deftly integrated as a result of its bottle age (bottled March 2017).
