From one of the Yarra Valley’s highest vineyards, an elegant 100% estate grown, single vineyard Chardonnay. The wine has trademark minerality of the Upper Yarra. Fermented in older French oak for 12 months to create an integrated style, the wine displays citrus characters, hints of white peach and nectarine, as well as a touch of spice. The subtle biscuity oak is balanced with delicate acidity which imparts freshness to a long, fruit driven finish. Truly small batch winemaking – about 230 dozen produced.
